If you arrive at the harbour, please go left when you step from the boat. After a walk along the beach path of about 3 minutes you come to a crossroads (after the Hotel Villa Karang), turn right there. After about 5 minutes you come to another crossroads, there turn left. After a few meters you will see the entrance to Taman Senang.

Both accommodations are within a few minutes walk. However, the paths are partly sandy. Horse carts (Cidomos) are waiting at the harbour. The price to our accommodation is normally around Rp100,000 for 2 people. Extra persons or heavy luggage can cost a surcharge. However, the price can depend on your negotiating skills. Before you pay the driver please make sure that you have arrived at the correct property. getting off pay Rp100,000.

Unfortunately, the island rules does not allowed to send you our preferred driver to the harbour. However, it is easy to find one if you arrive at day time.

Check-In is available from 12 pm (noon). Please note that check-out is at 10:30 am.

If you like to request an early check-in, normally we are not able to promise it. We try our best to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, but it always depends on the check-out time of the previous guests. Late check-out is subjected to availability and can mostly not be confirmed in advanced. However, you are welcome to drop or store your bags at any time free of charge.

Yes, you can drop your luggage. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

A wireless internet connection is available throughout our accommodations.

We try to provide the best internet available. Please note that you plan to vacation on a small tropical island. There is no cable connection between Lombok and Gili Air. That means the quality can be limited in bad weather conditions. In the event of power outages on Lombok or Gili Air, the internet may also be temporarily unavailable. This affects all accommodation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Breakfast is included in the price.

We serve breakfast from 7 to 11 am. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, we will try to make this possible. Please speak with our front desk and submit your order in the evening. Your breakfast will then be served at your desired time.

All prices are quoted per room.

For safety reasons, children can not be accommodated under 6 years. We do not have family rooms or connecting rooms. Please note that our rooms can only accommodate 2 persons each.

Our rooms can only accommodate 2 persons each. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the rooms.

We accept cash or credit card payments (VISA or MasterCard) on site. For pre-payments we accept credit card or bank transfer. For Paypal payments a fee of 10% will be charged.

Fast boat tickets from Bali to Gili Air start at 250.000 IDR/way/person. Currently we are not able to book you fast boat tickets at a reasonable price from Bali to Gili Air. Tickets back to Bali can be purchased at Gili Air. Good boats are Bluewater Express or Gili Getaway. Both boats are more expensive. Please keep in mind that all operators offer an Indonesian service. It is advisable to put all your valuables in your hand luggage and protect electronic equipment from water.

If you like to take a flight to Lombok we can organize the airport transfer for you. The price for two person is 900.000 IDR. It is including a private car to Teluk Nara, a private speed boat to Gili Air and a horse cart to our accommodation. If you need a transfer from Gili Air to the airport our staff on site will be happy to assist you and explain you the different options. An advanced booking is not necessary.Please note we do not organize a transfer to Bali´s airport.
